12 x 9" Starter Vinyl Chess Bag

When the chess set arrived, I opened it up and proceeded to set up the pieces. I had discovered that one of the pieces, a black queen, was already broken. It was either shipped broken, or it broke in transit. As a result, the set is damaged. See the photo attached. Please send a replacement piece. I was able to use the chess set, as there was a second white queen and the second (but broken) black queen.

I did not read the description carefully enough and thought it was a starter set until I received the bags only and realized that is the actual description. Still, I am happy with the bags. They are sturdy and what I had used in the past.

I was surprised with the feel of the bag, the material is thick and the bag plenty large enough to easily hold all the pieces plus the extra queens. I will be getting more these for sure especially at that price.

Portable and secure. Looks great

The 12” x 9” Starter Vinyl Chess Bag is wall made and large enough to accommodate my chess pieces and my rolled up chess board. Thank you Chess House for your quick and excellent service, I look forward enjoying this product for many years.

Perfect...

This bag is the perfect size ..i just ordered another 👍

Arrived quickly. All good.

This is a great set, board and pieces are bigger than I thought . Nice for a first set for my kids.
I did have to put the vinyl board outside to air out for a little bit has a very strong smell but it does go away.

Nice

I knew what I was getting when I purchased this. When it arrived...I had a bag.

Haven't played in years and didn't want to invest a lot of money getting my wife interested in playing chess with me. This set is perfect. The pieces are neatly cast and weighted. The board is, well the board. It lays down flat after rolled storage and is cleanly marked. The case fits all the pieces (which include 2 extra queens) and the rolled up board. And on top of that an unbelievably reasonable price.

1. Good personnel response to customer inquiry on delivery concerns.
2. Price paid is reasonable for product bought. However,
3. had I known the chess board is a soft roll-able material (no description) I would have selected another product, if available.
4. Suggest expand product lines and give more descriptions for online shoppers.
5. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase, and will recommend Chess House to my network.

Not what I was expecting... expected different material than naugahide... and was expecting something over the shoulder

Great deal for quality looking products. I have yet to play with them but they look exactly like the tournament ones l had as a kid in the Georgia state championship games.

Taking this to a cottage by the ocean for a month. Could not be more perfect.
Good quality. Serves the purpose so well.

Excellent service and delivery.

Timely delivery and nice set

Excellent chess carrying bag.

great bag

I needed a travaling bag for 'mat and pieces'. The Chess House had it in stock. I ordered it on a friday evening and recieved it the following Monday evening. I am happy with product and service.

Pleased with purchased & packaging. Very responsve .

Small bag. Holds 32 piece set easily and the board rolls up and fits in a tube on the bottom. Great for travel. The ends of the board are exposed, so if that's an issue, get a different bag.

Makes storage much easier.

my son Eric is very pleased with his purchase. What he spent his birthday money on

Nice bag for pieces and board.

I was looking for an inexpensive bag to keep my plastic analysis set in and this works perfectly. Could be used to hold a tournament set, scorebook and clock.

Great product! Spacious with durability to withstand the school chess club! Having the pieces and the board together is convenient, saving time and allowing the students to focus on their chess game. Quite a value for the price!

All was fine

Perfect balance of economy, function and quality, highly recommend. Gift for my granddaughter.

This standard chess bag is good quality with enough room for your chessmen, scorebook, and many other materials you may need to tote during your matches.
