How do I create an account?

You don't need an account to order. Checkout works with just your email. If you'd like one, you can create an account anytime, or set one up when you place your first order.

With an account, you can:

• See your order history and track recent orders
• Save your shipping and billing addresses for faster checkout

Your name, address and other details are stored securely, and we never share or sell them.

Do schools need a different account?

Teachers and schools paying by purchase order need a teacher account. It adds the Draft Order option at checkout, which gives you a PDF quote to build your purchase order from.

Use our teacher account form. No documents required. Then follow the purchase order steps.

How do I update my account information?

Sign in to My Account to update your shipping and billing addresses and view your past orders.

I forgot my password

1. Go to the sign-in page.
2. Click Forgot your password?
3. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to set a new password.
